老巴提到, 許多好球員只想委身於大市場球隊 (這讓我覺得他老兄好像也是其中之一), 這對聯盟是個傷害 (因為小市場球隊對此無能為力)

i respectfully think you actually agree with me - players are overpaid nevertheless while that's not up for them to decide, i have no problem with the second part, i am just saying they are overpaid for their mediocre basketball skills, especially in the eyes of basketball god michael jordan

Jordan was paid 30 million each year in 97 and 98, and he was totally worth that money, every single penny, just look how the NBA Final TV ratings drop after 98

I guess my point is, MJ and the other hardliners believe that most players nowadays are overpaid (true) because the system is entirely at fault (not true). Hard cap or not, if it's still the same people making the same business decision for them, the problem is not going anywhere. The owners want a new system so that their incompetent employees won't screw them over and run their teams into the ground....uhm...how's that fair to the players? It's like a city trying to lower its crime rate, but instead of training its law enforcement units and putting money in the rightful places, it is trying to pass a law on having people walk around in handcuffs.

MJ was the one who once scoffed at ex-Wizard owner Abe Pollins that "If you can't afford to pay the players, you should sell your team". He sure as hell should listen to his own advice now.

一是工會接受,happy end

二是工會解散,球員提告老闆,要老闆12/15付錢並解除封館,這樣球季一樣是12/15(發薪日,拿了錢就得打球)開始;但球員敢不敢在沒有工會跟CBA(BRI為0)的狀況下上場?

NFL的封館,雖然球員上法院告贏了,卻反而迅速從50-50改簽47-53的不利條件--這也是資方強硬派目前準備的方案,史騰要是搞不定便會接手

NFL每隊都賺錢,NBA的30隊裡有22隊號稱虧錢,這表示NBA的球員在賺比較大的狀態;跟NFL比,上法院也將對NBA的資方有利一些

最好是能相信這次真的能有個結果

不過對於工會的無能澈底失望

當年Duncan出走Magic跟薪資無關，

而是認為Spurs當局無視球隊老化不思振作，

讓年輕處於巔峰期的Duncan想另圖發展。

1. 讓球團有選擇可以把最多兩名資歷只有五年之內的球員下放NBDL 然後只需要支付他們每年七萬五千的薪水 (類似MLB小聯盟制度)

2. 由原本每項交易一球團最多可以多吞下三百萬 改成每年交易一球團最多可以多吞下三百萬

3. 球團由原本的七天時間考慮受限自由球員的去留 改成三天的時間

4. 新人年齡限制由19歲提升到20歲

像第一點, 低薪的球員原先被認為是比較希望快點達成協議, 這樣他們損失才不會太大, 追加這個可能會讓他們轉而傾向和資方抗爭 

第四點在幾年前是大議題, 雖然一開始資方就有訴求這個, 但今年相對是小議題了, 在這個時間重申, 要討論出來難度頗高, 是資方的談判手段? 還是這本來就是他們主要目標之一?

第三點讓球員議價力下降? 但是現在經紀人都很厲害, 應該不會有很大的影響 

其他像第二點, 小弟不才, 看不出它的意義, 讓買賣選秀權變少?

400多個球員每個人心思都不一樣

每個人賺的都不一樣

每個人的合約情況都不一樣

還有

每個人說話的分量都不一樣

所以老漁也真是難為他了

連高薪陣營內部的想法都不一樣

Pierce什麼都都不鳥只想解散工會回去上班拿錢

第二點是主要對財大氣粗球隊比較嚴苛 之前的CBA允許球隊交易時 

被交易的球員薪資差異可以在125%之內或者最多三百萬

譬如說球員A的薪水是10millions 球員B是12millions 只要兩邊都低於上限 這項交易就可已成立

而這個規則可以套用任何交易上 不管多少次都OK

現在資方的提議是如果上述交易成立後 收下球員B的球隊如果在同一球季內還要再交易

就不能再收下會增加團隊薪資總額一百萬以上的球員

第三點是像是今年Marc Gasol這種受限自由球員可以接受其他球隊報價

而灰熊有七天時間可以考慮要不要跟進而留下Gasol

現在是希望改成只有三天時間考慮 這樣對報價的球隊比較有利 不用等足一個星期而可能錯過簽其它FA的機會

我是覺得第一點太嚴苛 對於首輪新秀太不公平 (從保障合約變成七萬五一年?) 如果只受限於二輪進來的球員還有得談

如果先簽後換的那項條例是Dwight Howard條例 那這點大概可以說是Hasheem Thabeet條例...

薪資低於平均薪資的球員，合約最後一年可以加上option out

薪資接近上限的球隊，可以獲得一個2.5m的特例，可簽兩年

沒付豪華稅的球隊，可獲5m的MLE

付豪華稅的球隊，可獲3m MLE

以大鳥條款續約，漲幅為6.5%

爆料天王Wojnarowski：NBA抹黑球員的功力令人驚嘆。球員大可放棄公關，因為這條路是鬥不過NBA的。

Stern繼續堅稱，如果解散工會，現有合約將全部失效。

if a prime jordan played in today's league he would still be able to get a 30 million per year deal just like the way he was paid before the first lockout

so being the 1st pick means something,  being the best of the game means everything
