1. 08-09 Draft order is still random. Keeper league starts 09-10.
2. This season (regular and play-off) champion will have (up to) three keepers next season. Regular Season 2nd place finish ~ 6th place finish will have (up to) two keepers. Regular Season 7th place ~ 11th place will have (up to) one keeper. Last place will have no keeper.
3. 09-10 Season draft order will be reverse of the finish standing of this year. So last place finish gets the 1st pick next season...regular season champion gets second to last and play-off champion gets the last. Draft is still snake format.
Or non-playoff teams (ranking 7~12) will have a lottery prior to draft for the first 6 draft position.
4. Keeper will be assigned (by Commish) to the round which the player is draft this season. If the keeper is a FA pickup, he will be assigned to the last round.
5. Team manager has to submit the keeper list to Commish by certain date (about 1 week prior the draft).
Commish will publish the keeper list and will be no change after. (if your keeper get injured after you select him, oh well~)
6. If agreed on both managers, managers can trade draft position prior to the date of submitting keeper list. Commish should publish the draft order with the keeper list.
7. If there are new teams join, they will have no keepers and will be assigned to (middle) draft position between 6th and 7th place finish.
8. Manager can only keep the player on the "final" roster. If you get a player via trade or FA pick up, the keeper position is still based on where the player is drafted. Only player was not drafted will be assigned to last round.
