新増加的4支球隊--鷹二隊，灰熊二隊， 公鹿二隊
以及快船二隊有權利自22支老球隊挑選多達11名
球員/每支新隊。
而22支老球隊每隊可以圏選9名受保護球員， 新球
隊只能挑選其他非受保護的球員， 不得挑選這9名受
保護的球員。
