2019 FIBA 世預賽第一階段的比賽在7/2結束,
依賽制，各小組最後一名被淘汰
亞太區有四隊出局, 香港，中華, 印度，伊拉克,
其中以中華隊的世界排名最高.
下一次 FIBA 的比賽，應該是2023世界盃預選賽,
現在中華隊的正式國際比賽非常少, 球員國際賽
的經驗很難累積, 惡性循環即將開始.....
