The Taiwanese professional league allows two players with Taiwan passports per team (non-Taiwan born) as well as two non-Taiwanese players per team.</p><p><span style="font-size:10pt;">Joe will join his new team in Taiwan in late July 2013. Vines appeared in 31 games and averaged 10.3 minutes per game during his senior season at Slippery Rock, where he helped lead the team to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 20
